Book an event space

The event spaces are intended for cultural, scientific, educational, recreational, and innovative activities such as exhibitions, conferences, workshops, performances, panel discussions, study days, etc.

If you wish to organise an event and require specific advice or information, please contact us : evenementiel.lumen@universite-paris-saclay.fr, specifying your request, your needs, and your preferred dates.

Please note:

The programming is overseen by a committee composed of the three management teams of Lumen, which meets once a month and reserves the right to approve or decline any request.

Apart from Lumen's internal programming, prioritization rules have been established:

  • Auditorium (maximum of 90 seats in conference configuration): bookable 4 months before the event date.
  • Boxes (64, 16, and 16 seats): bookable 1 month before the event date.
  • Forum: bookable 1 month before the event date.

Large events, meaning those requiring multiple spaces simultaneously, can be booked earlier than these deadlines.

Reservation requests for meetings can only be accepted 15 days in advance [excluding holidays], subject to availability.

If you are an individual or organisation external to one of University Paris-Saclay institutions, we can hire out these spaces privately on request, subject to Lumen's activities' availability.
