Book a group study room
The Lumen has 22 group study room. These spaces have different capacities, from 4 to 16 people.
Access to these spaces is as follows:
- By reservation through Affluences (web version or via the application).
- Open access if the space is unoccupied. Priority is given to individuals with reservations. Therefore, the space must be vacated if someone with a reservation arrives.
In order to allow groups to work together, a minimum of 2 people must be present to occupy the space, with or without a reservation.
